C11 – Increase the Points of Element Gathering Powder

“Welcome back, Young Master,” greeted Ninghe as Zhou Jibo stepped into the small courtyard. “Elder Zhou Shuang has sent over five batches of Element Gathering Powder for your cultivation needs.”

Zhou Jibo allowed himself a wry smile. Another shrewd elder.

If he could win over the Third and Fourth Elders, forgiving their hesitations was trivial.

The impurities were gone, the bone root safe, and the benefits improved.

His eyes lingered on the label “Add attribute points” on the Premium Quality Element Gathering Powder.

He proceeded.

“Five hundred attribute points deducted. Premium Quality Element Gathering Powder is now upgraded to a First Grade Acquired Stage Essence Gathering Pill. When utilized by someone in the Acquired Stage, it enhances two months’ worth of vitality from cultivation.”

With this in mind, Zhou Jibo decided not to rush with his points, opting to save the newly acquired 100,000 attribute points for future use.

After a full day’s cultivation, Zhou Jibo solidified his mastery of the seventh layer and honed his Mountain Suppressing Palm technique.

In the courtyard, Zhou Jibo stepped and swung his palms with agility and vigor. Caught up in the thrill of practice, he summoned two fifth-layer Acquired Realm guards for a sparring session.

The guards, unaware of Zhou Jibo’s recent breakthroughs, assumed he was still at the fifth layer and approached the bout with caution. But as the fight commenced, they quickly realized they were outmatched.

Zhou Jibo seemed to anticipate every weakness in the Gravel Palm technique as if he knew it inside out. With a casual raise of his hand, he struck effortlessly, hitting their vulnerabilities with ease.

The two guards exerted their full strength in their Gravel Palm, yet Zhou Jibo’s strikes landed with relaxed precision.

“Young Master, you’re incredibly skilled!” Ninghe cheered, watching in awe from the sidelines.

The guards stepped back, gasping for breath as they conceded to Zhou Jibo, “Young Master, you’re formidable. We stand no chance against you!”

In the midst of their conversation, Zhou Kaile and Qian Jiajia just so happened to walk by the courtyard entrance.

Witnessing the scene, Zhou Kaile felt the urge to test his skills. “Zhou Jibo, I’ve yet to fully witness your palm technique. Allow me to experience what sets apart the low-grade Yellow Rank Gravel Palm Technique!”

With a smile, Zhou Jibo engaged in a friendly exchange of moves with his father, neither using their vitality.

Zhou Kaile maintained a smile initially, but after only three moves, his expression turned to one of astonishment. Following two more exchanges, his face mirrored the shock of encountering the inconceivable.

Taking a step back, Zhou Kaile halted the sparring session. “Does this low-grade Yellow Rank palm technique truly possess such formidable power? Every time I initiate a move with my Gravel Palm, it’s preempted and countered, targeting the weak points. How can this be?”

Internally, Zhou Jibo chuckled. The Mountain Suppressing Palm was a seventh-layer Profound Rank martial skill, evolved from the Gravel Palm Technique. He knew the Gravel Palm so thoroughly that complete suppression was only logical.

Zhou Kaile was about to speak again, but Qian Jiajia couldn’t stand by any longer. She quickly pulled him away to leave.

They couldn’t possibly reveal Zhou Jibo’s cultivation secrets to others. Qian Jiajia vividly remembered the incident with the traitor close to Zhou Jibo!
