Chapter 107 Dedente Village
Chapter 107 Dedente Village
Fino liked to look out from here. He sat on the ground, leaning against a railing that he didn't know what it was for, staring blankly at the south.
There was nothing particularly interesting. It was just that she felt excited when she imagined that there was a land of humans over there. She herself was not sure whether she really wanted to set foot on that land. She felt that she needed some time to decide.
She stayed here on sunny days when she wasn't hunting or gathering. Today, as always, she stared at the end of the grassland, the hill that should not have changed.
However, on this fine day, she noticed something different, and she hurried forward.

When they saw the village, everyone turned to look at Fino.
“That must be the village of Dedente. My father took me here once when I was a child.”
"Oh, is it so?"
“But someone is coming.”
A dusty smell was approaching on the path leading out of the village. They got off their birds and waited quietly so as not to arouse alarm.
The thing suddenly braked and stopped in front of them. Looking up, a cat with striped fur and ears erect was standing there.
“Guests?”
"Yes."
His pupils dilated like vertical tubes, showing excitement. Then he stared at them.
"A human cat with a black head!" He said to Ye Kai.
"Beautiful human cat!" he said, looking at Cham.
"Big human cat!" he said, looking at Tulio.
"It's dog meow..." He looked at Fino and complained.
“What are you talking about!”
“It’s a dog! Sorry!”
"Hey, stop arguing." Cham stopped them with a wry smile.
"Mr. Cat, what's your name?"
"My name is Malte meow!" It seems her name is Malte.
“Is that kid from that village?”
"Yes meow. Dedente's Malte meow!"
"It looks like Dedente Village. Can I go in and bother you?"
“There are few guests, but it’s no problem, meow.”
“Do I need someone’s permission?”
“Mart doesn’t know meow.”
"The commander should be here."
"I see. It would be better to go meet that person, meow."
"Can that man lead the way?"
"..."
"Mart?"
“…Bird meow────!!”
With a call, Malte rushed towards Purple.
"oh?"
It was over in an instant. Purple bit Marte's head and he was hanging there, dangling. Blood was flowing from his forehead.
"No, Purple. It'll hurt your tummy."
Ye Kai rescued Malte and repaired him.
"A strong enemy meow. Malte's eternal rival meow."
"Can you please not do this?"
After a brief self-introduction, Ye Kai and others were led by Malte into Dedent Village.
There were no earthen houses made with magic, but simple wooden buildings with some kind of huge leaves covering the roofs. Ye Kai was somewhat familiar with the leaves, but after all, this was another world, so he couldn't be sure.
Walking down, I saw a group of men around a large water bottle-like object, repairing a knife. When one of them noticed Ye Kai and the others, he called out to everyone, and everyone stood up.
"What are you doing in Dedent Village, human?"
"Don't come over! These humans are Malte's guests! Don't touch them, meow!"
"Don't interrupt, kid."
After being pushed away forcefully, Malte fell down. Cham and Fino immediately rushed to help him up and stood behind him to protect him. Cham's face was filled with anger.
Tulio stepped forward to fight against an orc who pushed him. He caught the opponent's right fist aimed at his abdomen with his left hand and hit the orc's abdomen with a backhand punch.
"Puff!" The orc curled up on the ground, holding his stomach.
“What’s next?”
"Wait, let me do it."
The orc came out, and the men laughed at his figure. Although he was a little smaller than before, he was not inferior in muscle mass. He walked forward.
"Do you think you can beat Govant with such a small body?"
"I'm not going to lose to a guy who doesn't value girls."
"You're so stubborn." The orc named Govant stretched out his right hand to grab Ye Kai.
Ye Kai caught it with his left hand. The left hand also made the same move, and the two began to fight. Govant originally wanted to overwhelm him, but the human race did not move. Although Govant continued to increase his strength, his blood vessels began to emerge, and the position of his hand did not change.
Govant felt a chill down his spine. He sensed the presence of the human race in front of him. A huge momentum pressed down, trying to crush him. As a warrior of Dedent, he had challenged various monsters, but now he felt fear.
The momentum was growing, trying to overwhelm him. When he moved his left foot a little, the game was over. His left knee suddenly pressed to the ground.
Govant bowed his head and admitted defeat: "Dedent welcomes the strong. I'm sorry."
"It doesn't matter."
The orcs all bowed their heads slightly to show respect.
(Why do people in these sports clubs like these programs? It’s good to be simple and clear, but it’s a bit troublesome.)
This seems to be a universal rule across national borders and even in other worlds. Just as Ye Kai was thinking this, he suddenly felt a weight on his upper body.
"Strong Ye Kai is so amazing. I can't believe he defeated Govant." Malte hugged Ye Kai tightly while being kicked in the head.
"He is indeed the man that Malte has taken a fancy to." Ye Kai seemed to have always been favored. But before that, he had been focusing on other things.
"Thank you, Malte. Do you want to get off? I would mind if it's so heavy."
"Don't be disgusted! Because Ye Kai smells good, so let it be!"
A nice smell? Ye Kai never figured out what it meant. Just as he was hesitating, a voice came from the opposite street.
