Chapter 685 Warehouse Raid
Chapter 685 Warehouse Raid
"Let's do it!"
Ye Haoxuan's voice wasn't loud, but it carried an undeniable firmness. As soon as he finished speaking, the people hidden in various places immediately sprang into action, their movements swift and subtle, without making a single unnecessary sound.
Ye Haoxuan rushed towards the warehouse door first, gripping his sidearm tightly, the muzzle slightly raised, aimed at the warehouse door.
A-MOON and Feng Yuxiu followed closely behind, their steps quick and their eyes alert, constantly observing the surroundings and preparing for any possible emergencies.
At this moment, Tony was still guarding behind the abandoned truck, his binoculars still in his hand, intently watching the various exits of the warehouse, and speaking in a deep voice into the walkie-talkie:
"Xiao Ma, guard both side doors. No matter who comes out, don't let them escape. Unless Brother Xuan gives the order, don't fire!"
"Roger!" Xiao Ma's voice came immediately. He and the three gunmen were still hiding in the alley, their guns already pointed at the side door, their fingers on the triggers, but they didn't rush to pull them. They just waited quietly, their eyes very focused—they were all trained by the gun god Xiao Ma, and they understood the importance of "composure" the most.
On the other side, Ye Haoxuan had already rushed to the warehouse door. He gestured for A-Moon and Feng Yuxiu to spread out to both sides, while he gently grasped the handle of the warehouse door and slowly applied force. The sentry hadn't locked the door properly when he closed it, but had only closed it slightly. With a little force, Ye Haoxuan managed to open the door a small crack.
He peered through the crack into the warehouse, where the light was still dim. He could vaguely see the two lookouts standing not far from the gate, talking to the three contact persons with their heads down in Japanese, which he couldn't understand. They hadn't put down their weapons, but their vigilance was much lower than before—they thought that all the contact persons had arrived and that there was nothing unusual around them, so they relaxed their guard.
Ye Haoxuan gave a wink to A-MOON and Feng Yuxiu beside him, signaling them to get ready.
Then, he took a deep breath, pushed open the warehouse door with all his might, and rushed in first, shouting in a low voice, "Don't move! Crouch down and put your hands on your heads!"
The five people in the warehouse were startled by the sudden sound. Their faces turned pale instantly, and they instinctively wanted to turn around and grab their weapons to fight back.
But in the end, they were still a step too slow.
Feng Yuxiu was at the forefront. When he saw someone trying to resist, his eyes turned cold, and he moved quickly, instantly reaching the sentry closest to him.
Before the sentry could raise his weapon, Feng Yuxiu reached out and grabbed his arm. With a slight pull, a soft "crack" was heard, and the sentry screamed as his arm was twisted at an unnatural angle, and the weapon fell to the ground with a clatter.
The other lookout, seeing this, trembled with fear and raised his weapon to smash it at Feng Yuxiu.
With lightning speed, AMOON rushed behind him, covered his mouth with one hand, grabbed his wrist with the other, twisted it hard, and took the weapon from his hand. He then kicked him in the back of the knee.
With a thud, the sentry knelt down. AMOON released his hand from the man's mouth, pressed down on his back, and said in a deep voice, "Squat down and put your hands on your head. Don't move! If you move again, I'll cripple you!"
The two lookouts were subdued in an instant, obediently squatting down with their heads in their hands, trembling all over, no longer daring to resist—they had never seen anyone as powerful as Feng Yuxiu and A-MOON before, and were beaten to a pulp in just one exchange.
The three contact men were terrified, their faces pale and their bodies trembling. They tried to run but found that the warehouse door was blocked by Ye Haoxuan and his men, and the side doors on both sides were also guarded by Xiao Ma and his men. There was no way to escape.
They exchanged a glance, their eyes filled with panic and despair. The contact, the one in the black coat carrying a briefcase, mustered his courage, raised his head, and said in broken Chinese, "Who...who are you? We...we haven't done anything wrong, let us go..."
Ye Haoxuan walked up to him step by step, staring at him coldly, his tone icy:
"The remnants of the Black Blade Group, you still dare to say you haven't done anything wrong? Miyamoto Musashi has already been sentenced to death, and you still dare to come to Hong Kong to transport weapons and cause damage. Do you really think we have no one who can deal with you?"
Upon hearing the name "Miyamoto Musashi," the three contacts turned even paler, their bodies trembling more violently, unable to utter a single word of rebuttal—they hadn't expected that Ye Haoxuan would know their identities, that they were members of the Black Blade Group.
Ye Haoxuan glanced down at the black briefcase in his hand and said in a deep voice:
"Open the briefcase, what's inside?"
The contact was so frightened that he trembled all over and dared not resist. He slowly reached out and opened the briefcase in his hand.
Inside the briefcase, there were no tokens of communication, only a stack of documents, a small pistol, and a note with a simple map marked with a location—presumably the exact location where they hid the weapons.
Ye Haoxuan picked up the documents and notes from his briefcase and glanced at them quickly. The documents were all written in Japanese and were likely contact information for the remaining forces of the Black Blade Group and a plan for transferring weapons; the location marked on the map was at the very back of the warehouse, in an inconspicuous corner.
"Moon, keep an eye on them, don't let them move around."
Ye Haoxuan put away the documents and notes, gave instructions to A-Moon, and then said into the walkie-talkie, "Tony, Ma, you two bring two brothers in to help keep an eye on these people. The other two, come with me to the warehouse to find that batch of weapons."
"Understood, Brother Xuan!" Tony and Xiao Ma's voices quickly came through the walkie-talkie.
Not long after, Tony, along with two of his brothers, switched places with Pony and entered the warehouse. They took over Moon's job, keeping a close eye on the five men squatting on the ground, each holding a weapon. They would act immediately if the men made any sudden movements.
Xiao Ma, accompanied by a gunman, entered the warehouse, walked up to Ye Haoxuan, and whispered:
"Brother Xuan, everything outside is well guarded. No one is approaching. We will definitely not give them a chance to escape."
Ye Haoxuan nodded, pointed to the location marked on the map, and said:
"Come on, follow me inside to find those weapons. Be careful, there might be other ambushes inside."
"Don't worry, Brother Xuan." Xiao Ma nodded, gripped his gun tightly, and followed behind Ye Haoxuan, his eyes warily observing the movements inside the warehouse.
